Design of  a wood framed Victorian style art studio and guest residence. 

A double height vaulted space has a large skylight, with electronically controlled sun screens. The lower level contains a full living space with bathing and sauna space. The foundation walls are poured concrete and large stone slab flooring.  The south facing roof is outfitted with photovoltaic panels, supplying the structure with power.
