The overlooked confines between Sunset Park and Park Slope have come a long way: The area is now known as South Slope-Greenwood Heights, and residents and developers alike are starting to take notice of the relatively low (by New York real estate standards) prices, tree-lined streets and nearby parks, and diverse community.
