We provided investigation, evaluation, and restoration services for the adaptive reuse of the historic Huntington Barn, originally built on the Astor family estate. Now part of Mills-Norrie State Park, which spans 1,000 acres along the Hudson River near Staatsburg, New York.

The barn has been repurposed as an educational center for the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation.
