Fort Greene and Clinton Hill were among Brooklyn’s first neighborhoods to be hit by brownstone buy-up craze of the 90s and 2000s. Now, at the border of the borough’s most architecturally interesting neighborhoods, a 25-unit condominium conversion at 75 Greene is preparing to launch sales later this year, according to a newly-launched teaser website.
