This residential project consists of the wing shaped structure, clad in stained cedar siding with a folded metal roof. The property includes a partial unfinished basement with a detached 2 car garage and sits on 26 acres, with pond and wooded areas.  The home will be built with sustainable building techniques including a pre-fab foundation and modular construction along with geo-thermal heating & cooling.
