The Bank Lofts

In-Progress

Murray Engineering was engaged for the evaluation of existing conditions, feasibility assessment of proposed alterations, and design for the adaptive reuse of an existing building previously used as a bank.

This project is a $2.5 million multi-family mixed-use renovation, rehabilitation, and repurposing of a three-story, circa-1882 building that served as the home of the First National Bank for seven decades.. The revitalized building will provide the community with nine new high-quality residential rental units, as well as ground-level commercial space, and off-street parking with EV charging stations. The project will be designed to Passive House Standards.

The estimated occupancy is targeted for Spring 2024
