Development of a new ten-story mixed-use building with affordable housing units in East Harlem, Manhattan.

The proposed 103-foot-tall development will yield 17,235 square feet designated for residential space and 1,476 square feet for commercial space on the ground floor. The building will have 24 residential units and a cellar.

The new building structure will primarily consist of cast-in-place concrete framing with a concrete foundation system.
