Athens Healthcare Facility

Murray Engineering was enaged for the development of the Athens Health Campus for Memorial Health System. The healthcare center is a much needed facility to service an underserved community.

The 4-story modular building will be just under 100,ooo square feet, and will be the largest permanent healthcare facility in North America . The building will be constructed with a site-built foundation structure which includes a crawl space below the first floor, a perimeter wall and interior piers and shear walls. The site-built portion of the building will be constructed of a combination of cast in place concrete, masonry and structural steel.
