Freeman Street

Structural design for a ground-up development in  Greenpoint Brooklyn. It has seven units built to  Passive House standards and built on a typical Brooklyn-sized 25′x100′ lot. 

The 1st floor unit has a private rear garden and all others have balconies and all units have access to the roof.
