The property formerly known as the “Holy Cross” is part of a large active agricultural parcel in the Town of Rhinebeck. Murray Engineering was selected for the design of the adaptive reuse of an abandoned and derelict school property which included school building, a gymnasium, and a basketball court and convert them to a Riding Arena and a viewing room.

The renovation has benefited the owners and township with a beautiful new equestrian complex. The renovation and improvements made to the original gymnasiums and indoor pool has resulted in a world-class dressage barn that will attract some of the most talented horses and riders in the world.
