The Astor Place Theatre, commonly known as Colonnade Row and the LaGrange Terrace is a series of four town house buildings all sharing a monumental neoclassical façade. This building has a deep history dating back to a construction date of 1833 and being one of the first buildings to be designated as a Historic Landmark by the Landmarks Commission of New York City. Murray engineering has been working with the building ownership and the Landmarks Preservation Commission to develop and test options for cleaning, consolidating, repairing and reconstructing areas of the façade to restore the significant architectural features of this historic façade.
